Sorting and baling are the first steps in plastics recycling, and provide a basic guarantee for subsequent recycling enterprises.

国务院发布的两新方案，在全国范围内掀起了打包站和分拣中心的搭建和改造浪潮。国有企业、资本市场、龙头企业纷纷进场。

The State Council has issued the "Action Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Upgrades and Consumer Product Trade-Ins." A wave of construction and renovation of baling stations and sorting centers has swept across the country. State-owned enterprises, capital markets, and leading companies are all getting involved.

据不完全统计，我国已有1万家左右塑料打包站、分拣中心，但它们普遍规模小、分布散、分拣方式落后等挑战。

According to incomplete statistics, there are about 10,000 plastic baling stations and sorting centers in China. However, they generally face challenges such as small scale, scattered distribution, and outdated sorting methods.
